Before removing or assembling
the nozzle, loosen the screw (

and move the electrodes ahead.

To remove the burner (

), unscrew the nut that holds it to the mounting flange (

) and pull
away, leaving the mounting flange and gasket (

) attached to the boiler (

). To remove /
replace the flange and gasket, undo the retaining nuts (
