ASSEMBLY
ASSEMBLING THE LEG STAND
See Figures 7 - 9.
 Position two legs as shown below so they resemble an
“X”. Align the holes for hardware.
NOTE:
The angled ends of the leg assemblies should
form the base of the “X”, with the wider side facing out.
 Insert an M8 x 60 mm hex head screw through a washer
(ID8.5 x OD25 x 3t), then through the outer leg, the left
mounting bracket, the inner leg, and the second washer
(ID8.5 x OD25 x 3t). Install an M8 nut and tighten securely,
but
do not overtighten.
Repeat the process with the
other two legs and the right mounting bracket.
 Using the M6 x 55 mm socket head hex screws, washers
(ID6.5 x OD13 x 1t) and (ID6.5 x OD16 x 1.5t), and M6 lock
nuts, secure both support braces to the legs as shown.
Tighten securely.
NOTE: Once the support braces are installed, try to fold
the leg stand. If the stand will not fold, adjust the tightness
of the nuts securing the leg assemblies to the mounting
brackets as needed just until the stand can fold without
binding.

Position the short table so that it spans the two inside legs
of the leg assemblies. Secure using M6 x 35 mm socket
head hex screws, washers (ID6.5 x OD16 x 1.5t), and M6
nuts as shown, making sure all hardware is tightened
securely.
 Position the long table so that it spans the two outside
legs of the leg assemblies. Secure using M6 x 35 mm
socket head hex screws, washers (ID6.5 x OD16 x 1.5t),
and M6 nuts as shown, making sure all hardware is
tightened securely.
