Resetting the Print Job

If the error code is displayed, press the [Stop/Clear] key.

Preventing Paper Mismatch Errors

To prevent paper mismatch errors, use the following procedure to check that the print settings are
properly configured:

Specify the same paper size in both the application and the printer driver.

Application (e.g., WordPad): Click [Page Setup] on the [File] menu.

Printer driver (Printer Preferences dialog box): Click the [Paper/Print Quality] tab.

If the error persists even after you have performed Step 1, check that the paper size
setting specified in the printer driver matches the size of paper you are using.

Smart Organizing Monitor: On the [Status] tab, click [Change...].
