Troubleshooting - 5

Clean the reflecting plates and remove
any objects placed on the plates.

Do the Sensor Advanced sensor
adjustment (optical axis) from Service
mode.

Make sure the position sensor harness
is not touching the display frame.

The reflecting
plate is dirty,
or an object
placed on the
plate is
obstructing
the sensor
reflections.

Sensor
sensitivity is
unadjusted

Vibration
from the pen
tip transfers
to the
position
sensor
harness.

Strokes
are not
solid.

Cannot
write at all
