SYMPTOM
The job of the user who was previously logged in is printed when printing under the
following conditions.
Affected firmware/models:
-
Gr-C4
printer firmware ver.
1.01
Affected solution:
-
Enhanced Locked Print NX
v2.5.000 or later (except v2.5.202).
Occurrence conditions:
- Location free environment
- It takes over 15 seconds (but less than the app. default time-out limit of 60 seconds) for
the print data to be received by the device once the device’s print button is pressed.
- Print job originates from above solution
CAUSE
Printer firmware bug (included in package version
1.00
).
SOLUTION
Enhanced Locked Print:
Update Enhanced Locked print v2 to v
2.5.202
.
GR-C4:
Update the package firmware to
ver 1.01 or newer
