Slide 37

Ring Near-end Detection

Ring Near-End Sensor (S803): Detects when approximately 5
rings remain in the ring cartridge.

There is a weight on top of the stack of rings. The sensor actuator
is attached to this weight.

The user can see how many rings remain, by looking through the
window. There is also a scale, which is attached during the
installation procedure.
