Enter the 

Name

 of the 

person you wish to send the 

document.

NOTE:

  Names are 

Case 

Sensitive

.  Press the 

Shift

key for the first letter.  It 

automatically returns to lower 

case.

 

After entering the search 

name, press the 

OK

 button. 

 

After selecting OK, you’re returned to the Search 

Destination scree.  The entered name will appear in the 

Name

 field. 

 

If this is a Last Name, you need to refine the search to look for Last 

Name.  To do that, press the 

Advanced Search

 button. 

 

The Advanced 

Search window 

opens.  If looking for 

a Last Name, press 

the

End Word

button.

 

Then press the 

OK

button.
