User Tools (System Settings)

Copier/Document Server Auto Reset Timer

Sets the time interval for when the copy function and document server func-
tion should be reset.

Note

If No is selected, the machine will not automatically switch the user code
entry screen and you will not be able to limit who uses the machine.

Default: Yes, 60 seconds

The time can be set from 10 to 990 seconds.

Facsimile Auto Reset Timer

Sets the time interval for when the fax function should be reset.

Sets the time interval for when the scanner function should be reset.

power cord is unplugged.

When the power is off due to the activation of the weekly timer, you can tem-
porarily cancel the power off state by entering the key operator code (up to 8
digits) set in “Key Operator Code” for Off Setting.
