Private IP Networks and the
Internet
If your network is not connected to the Internet and
there are no plans to make such a connection, you may
use any IP address you wish.
If you are not connected to the Internet but have plans
to connect, or you are connected to the Internet and
want to operate your scale on an Intranet, you should
use one of the sub-networks listed below. These
network numbers have been reserved for such
numbers. If you have any questions about IP
assignment consult your Network Administrator.
