IV. GETTING STARTED
Before any intervention on product, ensure that switch is on the “OFF” position
and that charger is disconnected from the power source.
4.1- Unpacking
Remove product from its packaging.
Check that tool and accessories are not damage.
4.2- Charging the battery
Note: The battery is supplied partially charged. To ensure proper operation of the tool, completely
charge the battery with the provided charger before first time use.
- Insert charger jack (5) into charging port (4) on the handle.
- Plug in charger (6) to wall socket (power source) (Only use with provided adaptor).
- Charge during 3-5 hours.
- After charging, remove jack from charging port.
Then disconnect charger from mains and store it adequately.
Note: Maintain the charger and the battery at a temperature b10°C and +40°C.
4.3- Inserting a glue stick
- Insert a glue stick into the feeding port (2) and push inwards.
- Press the trigger (10) to feed forward the glue stick.
- When trigger (10) does no longer feed the glue stick, and then insert a second glue stick into the
feeding port so as to push forward the first glue stick.
Attention: do not attempt to remove the glue stick from the rear of the unit.
4.4- On and Off
- To start the glue gun: press On/Off switch (7) during 3s.
- To stop the glue gun: press On/Off switch (7)
4.5- Cordless operation
- Insert a glue stick into the feeding port (2) and push it inwards.
- Press On/Off switch (7) for 3s to start tool.
- Allow glue gun to heat up for 15s, the heating indicator (8) will light up from red to green to inform
that tool has reached the working temperature.
- Press on trigger (10) to apply the glue as required on the material.
- During pauses, rest the glue gun on its base with the tip placed above the drip plate (not supplied).
Remark: After start up, the machine will cut off automatically after 5 minutes without use.
