
4.3- To change an accessory
- Press shaft lock button [3].
- Unscrew collet nut [1] either by hand or with wrench [c], without removing it.
- Remove and/or insert an accessory (suitable for your intended work) in the collet [b]
- Press shaft lock button [3].
- Screw collet nut [1] by hand or with wrench [c].
- Check that accessory is correctly inserted, centered and tightened.
Note: Keep shaft lock engaged when you screw or unscrew the collet nut.
Note: For a precision and safe work, ensure that accessory is correctly centered and balanced.
If necessary, recenter and balance the accessory. To do so, slightly unscrew collet nut, and rotate
accessory by 1/4 turn. Then screw collet nut and check whether accessory is centered and balanced.
Repeat process until proper balance is achieved.
4.4- Using the flexible extension (Fig.4+5+6+7)
- Unscrew the housing cap [2].
- Unscrew collet nut [1] either by hand or with wrench [c].
- Insert the end of the flexible spindle into the collet [b] and then screw the collet nut [1].
Note: Ensure that collet dimensions fit with flexible spindle end.
- Check that flexible spindle end is correctly inserted, centered and tightened.
To help you insert the flexible spindle end into the collet, you may, if necessary, pull the end till
reaching slightly out of the screwing collar.
- Place flexible spindle screwing collar [g] on the tool, then screw clockwise.
- On the other side of the flexible extension, fit a collet and accessory adapted for work to perform.
Refer to 4.2 and 4.3 for information on how to change collet and accessories.
- Check that accessory is correctly inserted, centered and tightened.
- Always hold flexible extension by its nose tip [h].
Note: Keep shaft lock engaged by insert thin metal rod into shaft lock hole [i][ when you screw or
unscrew the collet nut [1].

4.5- Switching on and off

To start tool: place ON / OFF switch [6] on “1”.
To stop tool: place ON / OFF switch [6] on “0”.
4.6- Variable speed control
[9]
This tool is fitted with speed control selector [9].
You can adjust the speed by rotating the selector from position 1
to 6 to adjust best speed (from 8000 to 33000 rotations/minute).
The rotational speed to be used will depend upon the material
being worked on.
