Operate the product only in outdoors or in well ventilated areas.  
Never start or run the engine inside a closed room or building.  
Exhaust fumes contain dangerous carbon monoxide. 

 

 

Never use the machine in following conditions:

When the ground is slippery or when you cannot maintain a steady posture; 

-

 

At night, at times of heavy fog, or at any other times when your field of vision 
might be limited and it would be difficult to gain a clear view of the working area;

-

 

During rain, during storms, at times of strong or gale-force winds, or at any other 
times when the weather conditions might make it unsafe to use the product. 

In general, do NOT expose to and do not use during bad weather conditions i.e. never 
cut in high wind, bad weather (e.g. rain, storm, snow…), when visibility is poor or in 
very high or low temperatures. 

 

The area, within a perimeter of 15m around the person using the machine, should be 
considered as hazardous area where no one else should enter. 
Mark the working area with cones, warning rope and warning signs. 
When work is performed by two or more persons; all persons should remain aware of 
other persons and constantly look around or otherwise check for the presence and 
location of the other person(s) working, so as to maintain a sufficient safety distance 
between each person. 
Stay alert that no person or animal enters the working area. 

 

Important! Remove all obstacles from the working area. 
Constantly check the condition of the working area to avoid any accidents resulting 
from impacts or hitting obstacles such as stumps, stones, cans, broken glass… 

 

Before any use, carefully check the machine. 
Inspect the entire unit for loose fasteners and fuel leakage. 
Make sure the cutting attachment is properly installed and securely fastened. 

 

Do not allow other persons to be near the product when starting or cutting.  
Keep bystanders (esp. children) and animals out of the work area. 
Children, pets and bystanders should be at a minimum of 15m away when you start or 
operate the product. If anyone enters the working area, stop the engine. 

 

Keep children away. 
The use of this product by children is forbidden.  
Keep the product away from children or from their environment.  
Never allow children to operate the appliance. Children should be supervised to 
ensure that they do not play with the product. 

Never leave the product unattended.

 

 

Before you start the engine, make sure the product and cutting element is not 
contacting anything. 
To start engine, place the machine body onto a flat ground and hold it firmly in place 
so as to ensure that neither cutting element nor the throttle come into contact with any 
obstacle when the engine starts. 
Pull the starter rope while holding the machine body securely so that the product 
cannot touch the ground and surrounding obstacles. 

 

Don’t pull the starter rope while pressing on the throttle lever in the status where the 
product is hung with one hand. 
This operation mode is strictly prohibited. 
Never place the throttle into high speed position when you start the engine. 
Never start the engine while standing at the cutting attachment side. 

 

After starting the engine, check that the cutting element stops moving when the 
throttle is moved fully back to its original position.
