Error message:
During the initial power-on testing it is possible the scale may show error message.
The meaning of the error messages is described below.
Error codes Possible causes Remedy
The initial zero is outside the range Check if there is something on the pan or something

Note:
If the error message still is shown after above ways, please recalibrate. If the problem still can
not be solved then contact your dealer for further support.
Troubleshooting:
Problem: Solution:
* The battery is empty.
* The balance is not switched on.
Weight display is not illuminated: * The mains supply connection has been interrupted
(mains cable not plugged in/faulty).
* Power supply interrupted.
* Draught/air movement.
* Table/floor vibrations.
The weight display changes continually: * The weighing plate is in contact with foreign matter.
* Electromagnetic fields / static charging (choose
different locations/switch off interfering device if
possible).
* The balance display is not set to zero.
* Adjustment is no longer correct.
The weighing result is obviously incorrect: * Great fluctuations in temperature.
* Electromagnetic fields / static charging.
Maintenance:
Please disconnect the device from the operating voltage before cleaning.
Only use a cloth dampened with mild suds and not aggressive cleaning agents (solvents or similar).
Please ensure that fluids are not able to get into the device and rub off using a clean, soft cloth.
Loose sample residue/powder can be removed carefully using a brush or hand vacuum cleaner.
The operating company shall ensure that load-bearing components are checked by a competent
person (your supplier) at maximum intervals of one year.
