PERATION OF THE OPERATING ACCESSORIES
OPENING BUTTON (COM-OPEN) with timer function
When the gate is standstill, the button operates the opening mode. If
you push this button when the gate is on closure, it opens again.
TIMER FUNCTION OF THE OPENING BUTTON
This function is useful In the rush hours, when vehicle traffic is slow and
high (e.g. entry/exit of workers, emergencies In residential or parking
areas and, temporary, for removals).
APPLICATIONS
By connecting a switch and/or a daily/weekly timer (in place or in
parallel with the opening button N.O. “COM-OPEN”), it is possible to
open the automation or to keep It open, as long as the switch is on or
the timer is activated.
When the automation is open, all operating functions are inhibited.
If the automatic closing is enabled by releasing the switch, the gate
immediately closes; if not, you need to operate a command.
CLOSING BUTTON (COM-CLOSE)
When the gate is standstill, it operates the closing.
JOGGING OPERATION BUTTON (COM-K BUTTON)
DIP5 - OFF => It cyclically commands open-stop-close-stop-open-etc.
DIP5 - ON => It opens the gate when this Is closed. If it is operated
while the gate Is opening, It has no effect. If it is operated
when the gate is open, it closes the gate. If it is operated
while the gate is closing, it opens the gate again.
RADIO TRANSMITTER
DIP4 - OFF => It cyclically commands open-stop-close-stop-open-etc.
DIP4 - ON => It opens the gate when this is closed. If it is operated
while the gate Is opening, It has no effect. If it is operated
when the gate is open, it closes. If it is operated while the
gate is closing, it opens the gate again.
AUTOMATIC CLOSING FOR COMPLETE OR PEDESTRIAN
OPENING
The pausing time before the automatic closing for both, complete or
pedestrian opening, is set during the “D - Time Programming”. In both
cases the maximum pausing time available is 5 minutes. Pause time
can be enabled or disabled by DIP3 (ON enabled).
OPERATION AFTER BLACK-OUT
When mains electrical power is restored press the opening button (K,
OPEN, radio).
The gate will open. Let the gate close itself with automatic closure or
wait that the flasher stops blink and then command the closing
movement. This operation is valid to obtain the leaves position
readjustment. During this phase all safety devices are active.

AFETY ACCESSORIES OPERATION
SAFETY ENCODER (only for K PLUS)
It must act as a security in opening and closing, with movement
inversion in case of collision.
DIP 7 (ON) operates the motor with encoder.
In case of Encoder failure (due to a failure In the power supply, disconnected
wires, broken or defective Encoder disk), the gate doesn’t work.
If after the first impact, the gate reverses the movement but it finds
another obstacle, the gate reverses again for only one second and then
stops. The buzzer sound to for 5 minutes, to indicate the state of
alarm, and the blinker blinks for 1 minute.
During or after the 5 minutes, when the buzzer sounds, you can make
the gate work again just pressing the operating button you want.
PHOTOCELL 1 (COM-PHOT 1))
DIP 6 - OFF => The gate does not open if there is an obstacle within the
photocells range of action. During operation, photocells
work both when the gate opens (by starting the opening
movement again after half a second time), and when it
closes (by starting the reverse movement after one
second time).
DIP 6 - ON => If there is an obstacle within the photocells range of
action when the gate is closed and its opening is
commanded, the gate opens (during its opening,
photocells do not work). Photocells work only while the
gate is closing (by starting its reverse movement after
one second, even if they are still engaged).
STOP BUTTON (COM-STOP)
The STOP button stops the gate during any operation.
If you push it when the gate is totally open (or partly open, by using the
pedestrian command), this button temporary excludes the automatic
closing (if selected by DIP3). Than it is necessary to operate another
command to make the gate close again.
The automatic closing function Is enabled again with the following
operating cycle (if selected by DIP3).
BLINKER
N.B.: This electric board can supply power ONLY TO BLINKERS
WITH (Code ACG7059) BLINKING CIRCUIT, with max. 40W
lamps.
PRE-BLINKING FUNCTION:
With DIP8 on OFF => the motor, the blinker and the buzzer start at the
same time.
With DIP 8 on ON => the blinker and the buzzer start 3 seconds
before the motor.
BUZZER (Optional) - PAY ATTENTION TO THE POLARITY -
Current as supplied for buzzer operation 200 mA 12Vdc.
The buzzer emits an intermittent sound signal during opening and
closing cycles. When safety devices are operated (alarm), the
intermittence frequency of this sound signal Increases.
WARNING LIGHT OF GATE OPEN (COM-SIGNAL)
Its function is to signal when the gate Is open, partly open or not totally
closed anyway. It turns off only when the gate Is totally closed.
This warning signal is not enabled during the programming procedures.
N.B.: If you overuse the push button panels or the lamps, the
control board logic system may be compromised, resulting
into a possible operation block.
