Assembly
Slide 2 M6 T Bolts onto the ladder rail in the
outer slot. Assemble the slides for each rail, 2
x M070, fl at washers and nyloc nuts for each.
Finger Tighten.
Note: Rail assembly must adhere the
following sequence so that parts do not have to
be removed fi t others.

Slide the Ladder Loop Bracket [F] into the top
and bottom side channels of Ladder Rail [C] .
Make sure the Ladder Hoop Brackets [F] are
facing inwards as shown. The angle of the
brackets can be adjusted to suit
(fi g A) . Finger
tighten only at this stage, adjustments may be
required at a later step.

Slide 2 M8 T-Bolts into the underside of the
ladder as shown. Attach the step Ladder
Support Brackets to these with an M8 washer
and nyloc nut.
Position the supports along the rail to support
the ladder length being carried.
Finger tighten only at this stage, adjustments
may be required at a later step.
