USER MANUAL - TRANSMITTER DS SERIES - 30 - 50 - 100 - 500 - 1000W

Firmware Reset Procedure

1.    Confi gure  the  PC  on  the  same  class  of  IP  addresses  of  the  Transmi  er  (for 

example 192.168.178.1) 

2.  Connect it with a cable to the LAN connector on the rear panel (fi gure C1) of the 

TX/Amplifi er.

3.  Launch the TFTP Client  So  ware.

4.  Confi gure the Client as in Figure C2:

  - TFTP server: 

192.168.178.55

 

- Opera  on: 

Upload

  - Format: 

Binary

  - Local File Name: click on the folder bu  on and select the fi le, for example 

“

Reset-  

 

T500A0717044.bin”

  - Remote File Name: 

fi rmware.bin

 (Be carefully!!! Other fi le name doesn’t 

work)

5.  Make sure the TX is disconnected from AC line or the rear power switch is in “off ” 

posi  on.

6.  Push the HOME bu  on and turn on the TX; when the leds start blinking leave 

the bu  on. The leds con  nue to blink and the LCD display is back.
