Burner Pump
NOTE:
• IMPORTANT: Long or oversized inlet lines may require the pump to operate during the initial
bleeding period. In such cases, the priming may be assisted by injecting fuel oil into the pump
gearset. Under lift conditions, oil lines and fittings must be airtight. To ensure this, apply oil-
resistant pipe dope to both the used and unused inlet fittings and both return fittings.
• A bypass plug must be inserted when return connection is made by two-pipe supply system.
•
The unit is provided with either a standard single-stage, 3,450-RPM pump or an optional two-stage, 3,450-RPM
pump (option BZ1).
