STEP 7

Assembly

1. Set up the machine at the designated location.
2. Use the left and right height regulation at the rear

foot to align the home exercise machine so that it
stands securely and ﬁ rmly.

3. Insert the plug of the mains adapter (44) into the

socket at the front left end of the home exercise ma-
chine (see Fig.).

4. Then insert the mains adapter into the power outlet.

The machine is ready to operate.
