Magnetic Stray Fields
The speaker systems of Re:sound
center 03 are magnetically shielded
so that magnetic stray fields outside
of the housing limits in most cases
are so faint that they don´t cause
any distortion of video pictures (this
is not true for the front side of the
speaker).
When color distortions occur you
should demagnetize your device.
Some devices have for that purpose
a special degaussing button, others
are degaussed when being
switched on. In this case switch off
the device by completely separating
it from power feeding. If then color
distortions still should occur, it is
recommended to enlarge the space
between Re:sound center 03 and
your television set.

Plasma and LCD screens are
insensitive against magnetic
irradiation.
Positioning
The center loudspeaker should be
Iocated in the middle between the
both front loud-speakers. As it is
responsible mainly for the playback
of dialogs and music represen-
tation of soloists, it should also be
placed as near as possible to the
image source (TV set, screen).
When employing a projector place
the loudspeaker in the center
behind the acoustically transparent
screen, with a non-transparent
screen directly at the lower edge.
Otherwise the speaker is to position
above or below of the television set,
namely so that it is located in ear
height, if possible.
Align the front side of the
Ioudspeaker corresponding to the
screen area. In combination with a
fIat screen it is recommended to
position the Re:sound center 03
below the picture area.
