Troubleshooting
Symptom
Solution
Qi Pad not charging.
•
Please make sure plugged into wall outlet.
•
Please make sure remote or phone is
properly placed on the Qi Pad.
•
Please make sure there are no devices
being charged with the usb port on the pad.
•
If usb port is not charging please make
sure the cable you are using is properly
connected at both ends.
Lift Motor Noise
•
Actuators make noise at startup. W
e don’t
want to overload the system so we provide
a soft start which ramps up the current and
makes some initial noise, which does not
indicate any defect.
Remote readout doesn’t match actual bed
position.
•
Recalibrate by pressing FLAT on the
remote, then lift all sections to maximum
position until it shows 100% on the remote
screen.
