8. TROUBLESHOOTING
If you encounter any problems whilst using the product, please advise the following table:
IF YOU CANNOT FIND THE PROBLEM THAT OCCURRED, OR IF THE PROVIDED SOLUTION DID NOT RESOLVE THE
PROBLEM, STOP USING THE PRODUCT IMMEDIATELY AND CONTACT A CERTIFIED DISTRIBUTOR/SUPPLIER OR ONE OF
THE RESQTEC OFFICES.
Symptom
Solution
The product fails to develop maximum torque.
- Make sure the product is sufficiently lubricated. For details,
please see chapter 6.
- Make sure the spring is properly adjusted. For further details,
please see chapter 4.6.
- Make sure the cross head is sufficiently lubricated. For further
details, please see chapter 6.
- Make sure the rotor is not burred. For further details,
please see chapter 6.
The product fails to impact. No ratchet action.
- Make sure all teeth on the ratchet are intact.
- Make sure all pawl springs are intact.
