While
on
REC,
Photo
or
Playback
mode,
press
the
“MENU”
button
once
to
access
the
Video,
Photo
or
Playback
mode
settings
respectively.
‐
Press
the
“UP”
or
“DOWN”
buttons
to
move
up
or
down
in
the
menu
settings
‐
Press
the
“REC”
button
to
select
a
setting.
Once
within
a
setting,
use
the
“UP”
and
“DOWN”
buttons
to
scroll
through
the
options
and
press
“REC”
to
toggle
a
setting

the

and

to
adjust
the
exposure
value
settings

Enter
to
turn
on
or
off
the
built
in
microphone
for
video
with
audio
recording

white
balance
values
*
Contrast

Enter
to
change
the
contrast
settings
*
Sharpness

Enter
to
change
the
sharpness
settings
*
Effect

Enter
to
change
the
colour
filter
