4 : INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
4.1 Preliminary recommendations
DANGER:
Do not prepare flambé dishes under the cooker hood. The flames could
destroy the hood or cause a kitchen fire.
DANGER:
Never leave the pan unattended when frying because the hot fat may catch
fire.
CAUTION:
The exhaust duct must not be made of or contain any flammable materials.
WARNING:
Disconnect the electrical power supply from the hood by unplugging the power
cord or switching off the main circuit breaker before starting cleaning or maintenance
work.
WARNING:
The air drawn in by the hood must not be exhausted through a stove flue pipe
or the exhaust ducts of any other non-electrical appliances.
WARNING:
Regular maintenance will ensure good operation and optimal performance
of your cooker hood.
WARNING:
Make sure the room is properly ventilated.
WARNING:
Clean surfaces regularly to remove any built-up dirt.
WARNING:
Clean or replace the filter regularly.
WARNING:
Make sure the hood has not been damaged in transport.
WARNING:
Installation, electrical connection and hood duct connections must be carried
out by a qualified professional in compliance with the manufacturer's instructions and the
regulations in force.
