Technical Problems:
•
If the system hangs up or doesn’t respond to Remote Control or Controller commands, power down the
complete system, leave off for approximately 10 seconds, then power up again.
•
If the system still does not respond, check to see if the Transducer and Controller is syncing* with one
another.
*Syncing is when the logo on the Transducer and the controller lights up and properly rotates clockwise.
•
If the system still does not respond, please contact Resonance Technology, Inc. for assistance.
Patient camera (located in MRI) no
streaming video feed to
CinemaVision Controller
Red fiber optic connection
might be disconnected or
broken
The Transducer indications will look normal
Patient not receiving Audio or
Video. The Transducer not staying
on or working intermittently
