HINT: The correct parity (NONE, EVEN or ODD) is configured with the
PC software, not via DIP switches!

HINT
After changing the DIP switches the converter reboots immediately,
so no power off or on is necessary. After reboot all the LEDs are on
for half a second to signal the power on sequence.
