13 • Warranty conditions for user
13.1 • Warranty on paint
• Warranty on paint.
Applies to all products: the surface of the painted product is to be viewed at an oblique angle
of approximately 60° to the surface, with the naked eye, and natural light (edges, deep
recesses and secondary surfaces are not included in the significant area).
On the painted surface, none of the following defects should be visible at a distance of
3 metres: excessive roughness, runs, burrs, inclusions, craters, dull spots, holes, pits, scratches,
or other unacceptable defects.
• The coating should be of even colour, glossy and with good opacity.
When viewed on site, these criteria are to be tested as follows:
− for parts used outside: viewed at a distance of 5 m
− for parts used inside: viewed at a distance of 3 m
• Our product warranty conditions:
− 10 year warranty for all paintwork on the aluminium profiles.
• In the event of modification of the product, the warranty is void.

13.2 • Warranty on electronics
The warranty period is 2 years. The installation and maintenance must be done according to
the instructions and current professional standards. For detailed warranty conditions, consult our
website www.renson.eu .
Exclusion:
Intrusion of construction debris, injection of unsuitable products, use of aggressive liquids or
solvents, defects resulting from improper or abnormal use, small imperfections in finish that do
not affect functioning, damage due to dyes, damage caused by drilling, defects as a result of
improper repair by third parties, voltage spikes in the power supply, lightning, violence or war.
