“AUX”
Turn the radio to the "AUX" mode with this menu option. For example, you can hear the music that you are playing
on your MP3-player using this mode. For that, the MP3 player must be connected to the AUX-In input (18) at the rear
of the radio.
“Configuration”
These options are available in the menu: Time Display -> Manage my mediaU -> Network -> Date & Time -> Alarm ->
Timer -> Language -> Dimmer -> Display -> Power Management -> Sleep timer- >Buffer -> Weather -> Local Radio
Setup -> Playback Setup -> Device -> Equaliser -> Resume When Power On -> Software update -> Reset to Default
Time Display
The operating mode of the device is set here. To choose the standby clock displayed in Analog or Digital.
“Manage my mediaU”
Use this menu option to configure your own internet-based channel list.
This function is available only when “Manage my mediaU” is enabled in the “ Configuration” menu. To enable this
function, read and refer to the chapter “10 (i) My mediaU” in this user manual.
“Network”
These sub-menu options are available in the menu: Wireless network setting -> Wireless network (WPS PBC) ->
Manual configuration -> Network check when powering on
“Wireless Network Configuration”
Use this menu option to search for wireless access points and connect the radio to the selected Wi-Fi network. In
principle, the configuration behaves as when “Yes” is selected during the network configuration as described in the
chapter 9 “Initial set-up”.
“Wireless network (WPS PBC)”
Use this menu option to enable the WPS function of the radio to connect the radio to your router. The configuration
behaves as when “Yes (WPS)” is selected during the network configuration as described in the chapter 9 “Initial set-
up”.
“Manual configuration”
If you cannot connect to the network automatically, use this option to configure the network settings manually. You
can choose whether to obtain an IP address automatically (DCHP). If the SSID is hidden, the SSID can be entered
manually. You can also switch between already saved Wi-Fi networks - “Manage”.
“Check Network when Power on”
Use the last option to check the internet connection automatically when the radio is switched on or off.
“Date & Time”
These sub-menu options are available in the menu: Set date and time -> Set time format ->Set date format
“Setting date and time”
Use this option to set the date and time manually or enable or disable the automatic time setting. Please note that
this also usually happens automatically, as soon as the internet radio is connected to the internet. To change the
setting, use either the 0 to 9 keys (L) or the four arrow keys ( (H and 8) button and (F and 10) button as well as the
(G and 6) and (O and 5) buttons to navigate and set.
