Features
• High quality condenser microphone for recording of music and almost all other acoustic sources
• Turn mount to decouple the microphone from the mounting stand
• Wide frequency spectrum
• Low inherent noise
• Large gold vaporized membrane
• Low impedance balanced output
Getting Started
To avoid distortion or mismatching, which could damage the microphone or the con-
nected audio device, the microphone may be connected only to suitable microphone
inputs. Please refer to the connection data contained in the “Technical data” section.
To connect the microphone, only use a suitable shielded microphone cable. Use of
other cables may lead to interference.
Never point the microphone at the sound openings of loudspeakers, since this may
lead to interference, which could damage the loudspeaker and the connected ampli-
fier.
• Mount the shock mount onto a microphone stand.
• Using both levers push the microphone clamps open and insert the microphone into the shock
mount.
• To remove the microphone, push the microphone clamps open again and pull it out of the shock
mount.
• Switch off the audio device to which the microphone is to be connected.
• Connect the microphone input of your device to the XLR connector on the microphone.
• On your audio or measurement device, enable phantom power for the microphone.
• Switch on your audio device.
• Please adapt the sensitivity of your audio device by using the corresponding input level control
for the microphone (see the instructions for the audio device).
Maintenance and cleaning
This device is maintenance-free.
Please use a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth for cleaning.
Never use aggressive cleaning agents or chemical solutions; this may damage the surface of the
casing.
Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable material and must not be disposed of in the house-
hold waste!
Please dispose of the product, when it is no longer of use, according to the current
statutory requirements.
