10. Commissioning
a) General Information
Switch on the operating voltage.
The product is then ready for operation.
Before the relay in the control module can switch, first generate a master
transponder and teach in at least one user transponder.
Function of the master transponder (max. 1):
• Teaching in the user transponders
• Deletion of all user transponders in the memory of the control module
• No switching of the relay possible (!)
Function of the user transponders (max. 50):
• No switching of the relay possible
b) Teaching in the Master Transponder
The master transponder must be generated first at initial commissioning. Only this master
transponder permits teaching in user transponders or resetting the memory.
Proceed as follows to generate a master transponder:
• The teach-in mode for the master transponder can be started by pushing the button
(8) until the LED (9) goes out again (after approx. 1 second).
Release the button.
• Hold a transponder against the aerial module within 5 seconds. If a transponder is
recognised, the LED (9) on the control module will flash 3x.
The control module is in teaching mode for the master transponder for 5 seconds
at most for reasons of safety. If no transponder is held against the aerial module
during this time, the LED flashes 5x and teaching mode is ended.
• Then teaching mode is left.
