• Do not touch the mains cable if it is damaged. First, power down the respective mains socket (e.g. via
the respective circuit breaker) and then carefully pull the mains plug from the mains socket. Never use
the product if the mains cable is damaged.
• Regularly check the mains plug and mains cable for damage. If the power cable of the device is
damaged, it must be replaced with an identical power cable.
• Never plug in or unplug the mains plug when your hands are wet.
• Always lay the cables so that nobody can trip over or become entangled in them. This poses a risk of
injury.
• Never pour liquids above electrical appliances and do not place objects filled with liquids on or near the
device. If liquid or an object enters the interior of the device nevertheless, first power down the respective
socket (e.g. switch off circuit breaker) and then pull the mains plug from the mains socket. Do not operate
the product anymore afterwards, but take it to a specialist workshop.
• Never use the product immediately after it has been brought from a cold room into a warm one. The
condensation generated could destroy the product. Allow the device to reach room temperature before
connecting and using it. This may take several hours.
• The ventilation openings must not be covered.
• Do not place the product in the immediate vicinity of heat sources (e.g. heater, oven, stove, amplifier).
• Do not place the product in the vicinity of magnetic fields (e.g. speakers., microwave).
• Do not place the product directly on an amplifier or receiver.
• Do not place any open sources of fire such as burning candles on the device or in its immediate vicinity.
• Do not listen to music at a high volume for an extended period of time. This may damage your hearing.
• Consult an expert when in doubt about operation, safety or connection of the device.
• Maintenance, modifications and repairs are to be performed exclusively by an expert or at a qualified
shop.

b) Batteries (remote control)
• Please ensure the correct polarity when inserting the battery.
• The battery should be removed from the device if it is not used for a long period of time to avoid damage
through leaking. Leaking or damaged batteries might cause acid burns when in contact with skin,
Therefore use suitable protective gloves to handle corrupted batteries.
• Batteries must be kept out of reach of children. Do not leave batteries lying around, as there is risk, that
children or pets swallow them.
• Do not disassemble, short-circuit or throw batteries into fire. Never recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
There is a risk of explosion!
