The following combinations are possible:
• The main image in black & white, the inserted image in color�
• The main image in color, the inserted image in black & white�
• Both images in black & white�
• Both images in color�
• Exit: Closing split screen menu�
The selected combination is displayed in green�
Sub-menus - settings
The following selections are possible in this menu:
• Insert the image in the right or left corner of the monitor�
If an image is inserted from a USB flash drive, a preview of the selected file
appears in the opposite corner of the monitor, see „Inserting image from a
USB flash drive“.
• Changing the size of the inserted image (3 sizes + full screen)�
• Displaying system information�
• Exit: Closing split screen menu�
Full screen display can also be selected from the image size options. In this
case, the 2D or 3D image is no longer visible.
5.8.1 System information
The system information sub-menu provides information on
• The system name
• The version of the software included
If the EASY view+ 3D is connected to a network, the following are additionally
displayed:
• IP address
• Hostname
This information is necessary if the EASY view+ 3D is to be integrated into a
network in order to gain access to the images on the USB flash drive via this
network�
5.9 HDMI Video Capture Card
Using the HDMI Video Capture Card, it is possible to take photos and also to shoot videos using
EASY view+ 3D.
In this case, the HDMI Video Capture Card is used to output the video signal from the head unit to a PC
via a USB port� In the camera application on your PC, the image from EASY view+ 3D is treated like an
image from a webcam�
Depending on the options provided by the program used for video conferencing, the image from
EASY view+ 3D can also be shared during a video conference�
To connect the HDMI Video Capture Card, use the HDMI-HDMI cable provided�
If required, the HDMI-HDMI cable can also be run through the cable duct� For details, see Chap� 8�3 as
well as the illustrated instructions at the end of this manual�

Switch off the head unit using the on/off switch (7, Fig. 1).

Insert the HDMI-HDMI cable on the head unit (21, Fig� 2) and on the HDMI Video Capture Card�

Insert the HDMI Video Capture Card into the PC either directly or via a USB cable�

Switch on the head unit using the on/off switch (7, Fig. 1).

Configure the required settings in the camera application on the PC (e.g., select the capture card as the
camera)�

The EASY view+ 3D image appears in the camera application on the computer�
A 3D depiction is not possible using the Video Capture Card.
