(5) When Generating an Interrupt Request to the CPU
is an example of that an interrupt request is output to the CPU without starting of sequence.
The DTC obtains a DTC index that corresponds to the obtained sequence number t.
When the CPUSEL bit of the obtained DTC index is 1, the DTC ends the sequence transfer without starting the
sequence, and then outputs an interrupt request to the CPU.
