PREFACE

Readers

This manual is intended for users who understand the functions of the microcontroller function chip with
an on-chip V850E2 CPU core (PFESiP/V850EP1) and wish to evaluate developing PFESiP EP-1 Series
products using the chip.

Purpose

This manual is intended to give users an understanding of the electrical specifications of the

PFESiP/V850EP1.

How to Read This Manual

It is assumed that readers of this manual have general knowledge of electricity, logic
circuits, microcontrollers, SRAM, Page ROM and SDRAM.
