If the self-check does not result normally, check the following.
(1)

Whether the emulation pod and PC4701 are connected properly

(2)

Whether the proper firmware has been downloaded

(3)

Whether the switch settings of this product are the factory-settings

IMPORTANT

Notes on Self-check:

Perform the self-check while not connecting the user system.

If the self-check does not result normally (excluding target status error), the emulation pod may be damaged.
Then contact your local distributor.
