Appendix A Using the Azure IoT Hub Device Provisioning Service

Device Provisioning Service (DPS) is a process for registering the DA16200 device on the Azure IoT
Hub.

To setup DPS, several steps must be completed:

1. Create the DPS.

2. Manage Enrollments with the DPS.

3. Configurate REGISTRATION ID Parameters in the DA16200 SDK.

A.1

Create the Azure IoT Hub Device Provisioning Service

DPS is required to register devices on the Azure IoT Hub.

The following steps show how to setup DPS and link it with the Azure IoT Hub.

To create DPS:
