Symbols Configuration in Eclipse for the DA16200 SDK

The DA16200 firmware image is created using the Eclipse IDE and the DA16200 SDK. For
instruction on how to set up Eclipse IDE and the DA16200 SDK, see Section 5 of Ref

To build the DA16200 SDK image for Azure IoT, several symbols must be defined in Eclipse.
