“Intelligent eye” key
Press the “Intelligent eye” key to activate the auto-
matic wind direction change. The unit will then
direct the air flow onto a person in the room.
Pressing the key again deactivates the following
setting. The fan flaps remain in the current posi-
tion. Pressing the key a third time deactivates this
function. Note: The “Intelligent eye” is deactivated
by any key press. The exceptions are the “Timer”
[4] and “LED” [5] keys. If the room temperature
exceeds 32 °C, this function is not available. If
there are two or more persons/moving objects
within the acquisition range of the Intelligent eye,
this function cannot be used.

“+” key
Press this key to increase the setpoint in steps of
0.5 °C up to a maximum of 30 °C.

Fan speed & silence mode
Use this key to select the desired fan speed.
Note: In the dehumidification mode, the fan speed
cannot be set manually.
The fan speed can be set in 5 stages by pressing
the key: 20%,40%,60%,80%,100%. Press the
“Fan” key and then “+” or “-” to increase or
decrease the fan speed in steps of 1%. Press and
hold the key for 2 seconds to activate silence
mode. The unit then reduces its output to minimise
the amount of noise.

“-” key
Press the key to reduce the setpoint in steps of 0.5
°C as far as the minimum of 16 °C.
Pressing the “-” key twice within a second again
deactivates the frost protection function. This can
only be activated in heating mode, and is set to a
fixed setpoint of 8 °C. “FP” then appears on the
display of the indoor unit. This function is deacti-
vated by pressing the "On/Off", "Mode", "+" , "-" or
"Fan" key.

3-D swing mode, horizontal
Press this key to start horizontal swing mode.
Press this key once to change the angle of the fin
by 6 degrees. Pressing the key for two seconds
stops the swing function. Stop the swing function
by briefly pressing the key.

Press this key to start vertical swing mode. Press
this key once to change the angle of the fin by 6
degrees. Pressing the key for two seconds stops
the swing function. Stop the swing function by
briefly pressing the key.

"SELF CLEAN" key
The self-clean function can be activated in the
cooling or dehumidification mode. It is used to dry
the evaporator after long operating periods. This is
to prevent mould and odours. The unit enters recir-
culation mode for a short time after activation,
heats up briefly after a few minutes and then
switches back to recirculation mode.
