5. Gradually work your way through the hair section until you can run the detangling
brush smoothly from the roots to the ends of the section.
6. Repeat for each section of hair.
• Your detangling brush should glide easily through wet or dry hair so don’t try to force it.
• If you come across a difficult tangle simply take the detangling brush out of your hair
and start again.
• Avoid allowing the brush teeth to press against your scalp.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Make sure the brush is turned off.
2. Remove any hairs from the teeth.
3. Clean the teeth and handle with a soft, damp cloth. Don’t use solvents or other cleaning
agents.
4. Replace the brush cover after cleaning.

• Your detangling brush requires 2 x 1.5V AA alkaline batteries (included).
1. Undo the battery door screw using a suitable screwdriver.
2. Lift off the door
3. Remove or replace the batteries as required. Follow the battery polarity shown in Fig B.
We recommend you use VARTA® batteries.
• Remove batteries if the unit is not going to be used long periods.
• Different types of batteries or new and used batteries are not to be mixed.
• Do not short circuit the battery contacts.
• Used batteries must be removed from the appliance and disposed of at an appropriate
official recycling/collection point.
• Do not dispose of used batteries in a fire.
• Do not try to charge non-rechargeable batteries.
