3.6 Other recording mode setup.

Other recording mode refers to M/A recording, which would trigger recording of certain

channel once there is a motion detection alarm or sensor alarm.

Steps:

1. Enter the Record Settings menu (Menu > Configuration > Record Settings).

Select the Schedule tab to open the Schedule menu. Click the Edit button.

2. Configure M/A recording.

Click and check Enable Schedule. Select the day you would like to set M/A recording for, and copy that

schedule to the whole week. Select recording type as M/A recording, Select to record the entire day by

clicking All Day or at different time periods. Up to 8 time periods can be scheduled. It is important to note

that time periods cannot be overlapped.

Click the OK button to finish configuration.

Repeat steps 1-2 for other cameras or copy settings from one

schedule to the next under the Copy To section.

3. If all the cameras recording settings are the same, please select All under Copy To section as shown. Click

OK to finish and save the settings.
