8. Safety instructions
TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE OR ELECTRIC SHOCK, DO NOT EXPOSE
THIS EQUIPMENT TO RAIN OR MOISTURE.
1. Please read this safety precaution before installing and using the
equipment
2. Please keep your safe operation guide for reference later
3. Observe the "Warnings" section in all equipment operating instructions
4. Cleaning equipment: Before cleaning the equipment, please turn off the
power, disconnect the connected system unit, please use a dry, soft cloth
to clean
5. Without the permission of the manufacturer, do not use any mismatched
attachment configuration, or it may lead to dangerous accidents
6. Do not use the device in humid or overheated environment to avoid danger
7. In order to avoid damage caused by strong vibration during transportation,
it is recommended to choose the appropriate packaging before shipping
or use the original packaging
8. The extension cable required for the connection of the equipment should
be made detour through the road. Do not squeeze the weight and maintain
the normal operation of the system
9. To maintain a good working environment of the ventilation, easy to work
equipment issued by the timely discharge of heat, to avoid overheating
and damage to equipment
10. Make sure the device cannot be disassembled casually, do not allow any
rigid conductor or liquid substance to remain in the case, taking care not to
let any corrosive chemicals or liquids get close to the device
11. When the equipment needs maintenance, do not disassemble, please
contact your nearest service center in time
12. Before doing the following, be sure to disconnect the AC power cord from
the AC power outlet:
a) Remove or reinstall any part of the equipment
b) Disconnect or reconnect any electrical plugs or other connections to
the equipment
13. The number of conference units connected to the digital conference
system should not exceed the specified number (up to 250), otherwise it
may cause abnormal work in the entire conference system. If you have
any special requirements, please contact our after-sales service.
14. There are high-voltage AC components in the equipment, non-
professional knowledge without permission, unauthorized disassembly
equipment, in order to avoid the risk of electric shock, not to self-repair, so
as not to aggravate the degree of equipment damage.
