Connecting to a computer:
The Wireless Dongle can easily be connected to a Microsoft
®
Windows
®
computer using the Extension Cable configuration. You can plug the
Serial Extension Cable directly into a computer’s serial port
or
you can
plug the cable into a computer’s USB port using the provided Serial to
USB Adapter.
With either connection type the Wireless Dongle will need to be powered
by the AC-Power Supply. Cable Tie Mounts and Cable Ties are provided
to secure any cables or hide them from view. Fasteners are provided to
adhere the Wireless Dongle to the desired location.
