4.4.1 Landline/Skype calls forwarded to
Skype/SkypeOut
The default setting only allows incoming
“Landline calls”. User can add Skype
forward support by enable 
Skype
calls forwared to Skype/SkypeOut.
Skype has DTMF sending problem during a Skype to Skype call for recent Skype
versions. M-office can support incoming Skype calls for any Skype, SkypeOut or
PSTN number call forward under Skype version 7.17~7.32(Only Skype
7.16.0.102 or earlier version can support incoming Skype calls for
Skype/SkypeOut forward now.). But user needs to manually set provided Skype
account direct-forwarded to the Skype account running with M-office. Whenever
the provided Skype account gets any call, the call will be direct-forwarded to the
M-office Skype account. And the caller can do any call forward. Although Skype
announced Skype won
’t support Skype version earlier than 7.16 after 03/01/2017,
but we still can install Skype 7.16.0.102 in some PC for M-office application. With
Skype 7.16.0.102, user just needs one Skype account running with M-office.
There is no need to have an extra Skype account set for call forward to M-office
Skype account. For more details, you can refer
4.4.2 Forward to any call
Incoming Skype calls for any forward .
In the future, if Skype adds support for DTMF sending during a Skype to Skype
call, there is no need to have an extra Skype account set for call forward to
M-office Skype account. We will have such update accordingly then.

Landline

Skype
calls forwarded to Skype/Skypeout
Default setting is
“Landline calls forwarded to Skype/SkypeOut”. Landline calls
include PBX extension calls. Please fill in your preferred forward Skype account
or SkypeOut number and click OK or Apply to make the setting valid. Forwarding
to Skype account is free. The assigned forward Skype account needs to become
a friend(contact) with the Skype account in your M-office PC for a high successful
Skype call rate. If you need forwarding to SkypeOut number, you must make sure
M-office
’s login Skype account has SkypeOut credits or applicable Skype
subscription programs. There are two forward options. For example, you can set
your mobile Skype account as the first setting and SkypeOut number for your
mobile phone as the second setting. When your mobile Skype is offline, M-office
will forward the incoming call to your mobile phone via SkypeOut. If both settings
are filled and the first setting is a Skype account, you need to make sure the first
assigned Skype account needs to be contact list of your M-office
’s Skype account.
Otherwise the second setting won
’t have the chance to be forwarded.
