Monitor ID setup
Each monitor can be given its own identification, which is separate from the
manufacturer's serial number. This ID can be your own factory instrument number or
similar identification. The ID will appear on the printed results page. This type of ID
may be required for BS 5750 (ISO 9000).
At first the S
ET MONITOR
ID display alternates with the serial number of the monitor.
Press the OK button to start. Set up the ID as required. The ID can have up to 15
characters (letters or numbers) and you can change it at any time. The ID can also
be left blank if you do not require it.
The active channels you select and the instrument ID that you choose are printed on
the Status Report for the monitor. See Manual-1.
Neither of these setting procedures is available for the older 100 Series PU monitors.
