You are then prompted for your first initial and last name, then a support case number (also called an
Issue Tracker number).
It may take several minutes for the system to generate and archive the report to a compressed
file. Once finished, email the new file from the
/tmp/
directory to your Red Hat representative for
immediate diagnosis.
