Perform all steps to BALANCE THE CAMERA

Camera should be perfectly balanced, Tilt Damping Adjustment Wheel should be OFF, and
Tilt Lock Lever is in the unlocked position.

Tilt head forward

Tilt the head forward 15 to 30° with one hand. There should be a springy resistance.

Set maximum Counterbalance

Rotate Counterbalance Adjustment Knob clockwise until
it comes to a hard stop at the maximum setting.
