CONTROLS AND FUNCTIONS

FRONT PANEL

1. MASTER SWITCH

It switches the ampliﬁer on / off (interrupting both the phases).

2. POWER ON INDICATOR

Green LED indicating correct operation.

3. VOLUME CONTROLS

Controls to adjust the volume levels of the two channels separately.
In MONO and BRIDGE modes, use the control CH1 only.

4. PEAK LIMITER INDICATORS

Red LEDs indicating the maximum ampliﬁcation level has been reached (peak) in the respective
channels. If a LED stays lit continuously, the input signal is excessive.

5. SIGNAL -20 dB INDICATOR

Green LEDs indicating the presence of the signal in the ﬁnal stages of the respective channels (at
a level of at least -20dB).

6. MUTE / PROT INDICATORS

Yellow LEDs lit for a few seconds during the switch-on phase (initial diagnosis) or in the presence
of direct voltage, radio disturbance, subsonic frequencies or also when an overcurrent situation is
detected (usually due to a short circuit on the outputs of the ampliﬁer or a too low loudspeaker
impedance). When the protection function is triggered, the ampliﬁer goes into mute status. The
system automatically resets as soon as the problem is resolved.

7. INDICATION OF THERMAL PROTECTION - PEAK LIMITER - MUTE / PROT

The combination of the red and yellow LEDs lit at the same time indicates that an excessively
high temperature has been reached. When the protection function is triggered, the ampliﬁer
remains in mute status until the normal operating temperature is restored.

8. AIR INTAKE GRILLE

It allows ampliﬁer cooling. Do not obstruct its access and clean it when necessary.
