Combination RF Modulator and Switcher
Before using the AC adapter or combination RF Modulator and Switcher, read all instructions and
cautionary markings on the AC adapter and combination RF Modulator and Switcher.
Do not expose the AC adapter and combination RF Modulator and Switcher to moisture of any
kind.
Use of any AC adapter not included with the combination RF Modulator and Switcher or
recommended or sold by the combination RF Modulator and Switcher manufacturer may result
in a risk of fire, electric shock, or injury and will void your warranty.
To reduce risk of damage to the AC adapter, do not pull on the cord to disconnect from the wall
outlet. Instead, disconnect the unit from the outlet by pulling on the plug rather than the cord.
Make sure the cord is located so that it will not be stepped on, tripped over, or otherwise
subjected to damage or stress.
Do not operate combination RF Modulator and Switcher with a damaged cord or plug. Replace
it immediately.
Do not operate the AC adapter or combination RF Modulator and Switcher if it has received a
sharp blow, been dropped, or otherwise damaged in any way.
Do not disassemble the AC adapter or combination RF Modulator and Switcher. Incorrect
reassembly may result in a risk of electric shock. Disassembly of product by unauthorized
