Here you can see the number of cells you have set up and the
number of cells the processor detects.
R: = the number of cells detected by the charger.
S: = the number of cells that you set in the previous screen.
If the two numbers are the same, you can start charging by
pressing the
START/ENTER
button. Otherwise, press the
BATT
TYPE/STOP
button to return to the previous screen. Next,
carefully check the number of battery cells to be charged.
The screen displays the current situation during the charging
process. To stop charging, press the
BATT TYPE/STOP
button.
This involves balancing the voltages of the lithium battery to be charged. The battery to be
charged must be connected to the balancing port and charging connector on the front of the
charger.
In this mode, the charging process is different from the ordinary charging mode. The
charger’s internal processor monitors the voltage of each cell in the battery and controls the
charging current that powers each cell to normalize the voltage.
6.1 LITHIUM BATTERY - CHARGING
6.2 CHARGING LITHIUM BATTERY (BALANCE MODE)
The left side of the first line indicates the battery type you
have selected. The value on the left side of the second line
defines the charging current. The value on the right side of the
second line defines the battery voltage.
After adjusting the current and voltage, press the
START/
ENTER
button for more than 3 seconds to start the process
(charging current: 0.1-6.0A, voltage: 2~4S).
