This unit offers both P (Power) and C (Temperature) Modes for precise and efficient cooking

 

along with a 99-minute timer.

Note: DO NOT use the included Iron Cast Griddle Pan under P Mode  in case of any 

           high-

temperature damage.

Activate The Appliance

1.Place the Induction Cooktop on a dry, sturdy, level, and heat-resistant surface.
2.Leave at least 4 inches of space around the appliance for proper ventilation.
3.Plug the power cord into an available power outlet. The LED will display ‘- -’.

NOTE:

 Before turning the cooktop on, make sure the ingredients are in the compatible 

   cookware and the cookware is centered on the COOKWARE ALIGNMENT GUIDE.
5.Press any Power Button to turn it on. The appliance will beep once and the LED will display ‘on’. 

P Mode (Power Mode) Operation

1.After powering on,  rotate the Adjustment Knob to the desired Power Mode level (P1-P7) for 

  each burner, the appliance will  start to heat and the fan on the bottom will start to intake 

  cool air. The default power level is P5.
2.Press the Power Button again to turn the appliance off after cooking. The induction cooktop 

  will beep once and the LED will display ‘- -’. The fan will continue intaking air until the appliance 

  cools down. For faster cooling, do not unplug the appliance until the fan stops.
