 DO  NOT  operate  Multiplexer  with  external  power  supplies.  The  specified  voltage  only  refers  to 

kickback  voltages  of  a  transformer.  It  is  strongly  recommended  to  magnetize  a  transformer  first  on  the 
primary  side  to  avoid  induced  high  voltage.
